Spencer Palaza started with Phase -I initially .
Now it has 3 phases. As for investment is concerned, Second Phase is
doing jackpot business from all leading brands to small petty shops.
first phase is doing average. Third phase is completely dead except some
food court, shree mithai, juice shop, subway, mainly food items. But the
rent in third phase is horrible. nobody is happy in this phase. every
month, many shops are vacating in third phase except some branded
stores.
Spencer Palaza is very nice place. I really like this place. I usually
spend most of my weekends with my friends here only.
